OUR HISTORY

Proxima Hospitality Group (formerly E&E Hospitality Group) opened E&E Grill House in the summer of 2011 in the heart of Times Square and New York’s bustling Theater District.

When the right opportunity for a second restaurant presented itself, the company opened Hill and Bay on 32nd and 2nd Avenue, at the intersection of Murray Hill and Kips Bay, in September of 2013.

Excited to expand a growing restaurant portfolio, the team ventured into Gluten-Free dining with the opening of Tali/Tali Dolce on 26th and Lexington in August of 2017.

Unfortunately, due to the economic climate and ever-increasing costs, E&E Grill House closed in January 2018 after an exciting 7 year run and Tali closed at its Lexington Avenue location in June 2018.

Proxima Hospitality Group truly values their team of growing professionals, nurturing talent from within as a key component to the success.

HILL AND BAY

A NEIGHBORHOOD PLACE WHERE FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES GATHER TO EAT, DRINK AND SOCIALIZE.

Nestled between Murray Hill and Kips Bay, the menu features a variety of tastes and flavors that truly appeal to the diverse neighborhood. Guests come for a hot cup of coffee or an icy martini; a quick bite or a full-fledged feast. Lunch, brunch and dinner menus have many options for vegetarians, fish lovers and meat eaters. Fair prices, shareable plates and a friendly bar scene make Hill and Bay a popular neighborly dining destination.
